That’s right; the Boise Real Estate Inventory is down 40% according to realtor.com. There are 40% fewer Boise Homes for sale now then a year ago. We are starting to see multiple offers on homes. It’s creating a kind of bidding war causing prices to go up. One agent stated he made an offer for his client above the asking price and was outbid by to other people. As I said before the median price of Boise Real Estate is up almost 14%. I’m seeing more traffic to my website and other signs of recovery. I know one NEW subdivision in Meridian that is selling houses as fast as they can build them.
