So, you, the buyer, have been out looking at Boise Homes with your agent! You found that Boise Id Property that meets all your need, it’s in your price range and financial comfort zone. You’ve reviewed recently sold Boise Homes that are comparable. With the assistance of your friendly agent you have determined what you think the value of that Boise Id Property is. You’ve been to your friendly local lender and have a pre-approval letter in hand and proof of funds to close on that Boise Id Property. Or you have copies of statements verifying liquid funds to pay cash.
Now we have to think of the seller of that Boise Home. When it’s a buyer’s market everyone wants to make a lowball offer on Boise Id Property. The question is how low?
