What Was The Outcome Of This Boise Real Estate Sale?

By doing all the marketing that we did for this Boise Real Estate we got more than fair market value for their home. We attracted numerous potential buyers which at first look said the price was too high, but after the buyers went and looked at the condition of the other homes on the market that compared to this one we had two interested buyers. In the end they got a cash deal for at least $15,000 more than other homes in the area were selling for. My sellers were happy and the buyers were excited about finding such a nice home.
