About 14 years ago we decide to sell our Boise Real Estate and move to where I could have a shop. Finding Suitable Boise Real Estate To Meet Our Needs

We told our agent what kind of Boise Real Estate we were looking for and how much we were willing to spend. She went to the MLS pulled up a bunch of listings, printed them, and brought them to us. She told us to look through them, go drive by the ones we might be interested in, and to call her if we saw something we liked and she would go show the place to us. I looked at the list of Boise Real Estate she had given us and everything was at least $10,000 more than we said we wanted to spend. I through all of them in the trash and told her to go look in the MLS again. She brought the new list of Boise Real Estate and it was the same, $10,000 to $20,000 more than what we said we wanted to spend. When I confronted her about it she just said “Oh you can afford it”.

During the time all of this was going on I had ran into an old friend of mine that said he was selling real estate now. He had given me his card so I called him and told him our situation. I had not signed a Buyers Representation agreement with the other agent so we were not obligated to her. To make a long story short it took him 3 days to find us the Boise Real Estate were looking for in our price range and get it under contract. We had wasted over a week with this other lady.

Becoming A Boise Real Estate Consultant

During our search for Boise Real Estate my friend found out that I know a lot about buying and selling Boise Real Estate, I had been an investor, landlord, homeowner, and bought, fixed, and resold a number of homes in the past. I had taken a number of courses about buying and selling real estate. My friend was a Real Estate Broker and had his own company. He told me that I knew a lot about Boise Real Estate and asked if I would like to come sell real estate for him.

My wife and I discussed it and decided that that would be something worth doing and if the lady that sold our house could make it selling Boise Real Estate I’m sure I could. My wife and I did not like the way we had been treated by that agent and I know I would never treat someone like that. I went to Real Estate School, got my license, and have been a licensed Boise Real Estate Consultant since February 1999.
